# Position Department Job Summary
1 Production Control Specialist Production Production Control Specialist is expected to work with production supervisor to support him in preparing, load, assignments and follow-up on work load to achieve the maintenance schedule. Utilize reports to reconcile daily incoming requested/ orders against volume and ensure that all requests are completed on a timely basis. Coordinate directly with multiple functions at the production area in order to support production daily operations.
2 Inventory Control & Costing Finance Monitor & oversee all daily inventory costing and controlling activities to ensure accurate financial valuation and integrity of inventory average costing and controlling reporting.
3 Planner – MRP Supply Chain The MRP Planner is responsible for planning and facilitating the Materials to ensure proper and timely coordination between receiving, processing, distribution, and storage of materials and to expedite flow of material within or between operations according to the production schedule. 
4 Purchasing Specialist  Supply Chain The Purchasing Specialist will perform a variety of complex technical and analytical duties related to the acquisition and review of supplies, equipment, and materials.    
5 QC Inspector QC Quality inspector is responsible for assuring that manufactured items are made and assembled correctly. They also make sure that the products meet government standards and safety regulations.
6 Technician - Engine Maintenance Production Technician will performs all overhaul and repair work on the engine/module including: disassembly, inspecting, lubrication, reassembly, testing; use of special equipment, special tools, precision measuring equipment, computer; and prepare necessary paperwork and forms, and trains newly assigned personnel as required.

8 Cell Leader Production Performs all maintenance (overhaul) work, trains or assigns a qualified trainer for new employees, and assigns duties and responsibilities to subordinates and supervises subordinate personnel during daily production operations including: disassembly, inspecting, lubrication, reassembly, testing; use of special equipment, special tools, precision measuring equipment, computer; and prepare necessary paperwork and forms.
9 W/H (Kitting)  SC The Warehouse Kitting will play an important role on the team by kitting and assembling complex jobs involving a variety of materials. Also He will contribute to a service-oriented team that values collaboration, quality and growth.
10 ETDS Specialist PME The primary function of this position is to coordinate fleet wide engine tracking and maintenance data collection from base locations, depot supply and external depot module repair center.
11 Test Cell Operator Production Responsible for rigging and carrying out performance and endurance tests on a variety of engine types in accordance with the relevant OEM manual and documented test procedures
12 Production Supervisor Production Responsible for supervising, coordinating, organizing and evaluating all aspects of the production floor and works closely with the Production Manager for daily production planning and induction, maximize the utilization of the available man hours, maintain the workflow to meet production schedule for the engine/modules in accordance to the plan.
13 NDT Specialist NDT-CLN The NDT Specialist is responsible to the NDT supervisor for the performance of a non-destructive testing in accordance with proper methods and techniques.
14 Coded Tig Welder Engineering The Aircraft Coded Welder will applies basic machine welding processes to join sheet metal and aircraft components as specified by written instructions, weld schedules and sketches. Inspects completed work for conformance to specifications.
15 Repair Bench fitter Engineering Perform a series of basic and some moderately complex operations using a variety of hand tools, power tools, fixtures, work instructions and test equipment to properly assemble sheet metal aircraft components. Inspect completed work for conformance to the overhaul manual specifications or Engineering Repair Instructions, sketches and drawings.
16 Clean Bay Operator Operations The clean bay operator is responsible for chemical cleaning, vibro polishing tumbling and etching processes for sheet metal and aircraft components.
17 Plasma Spray Operator Engineering The Thermal Spray Operator is responsible for Prepare parts before thermal spraying i.e. degreasing, cleaning, masking, grit blasting, holding fixtures and performed all duties related to the job.
18 Rubber Coating Operator Engineering Conduct the day-to-day production activities associated with assigned duties in the Rubber Coating Molding Department
19 General CNC Machinist Engineering Operate all types of machine tools to include lathes, drills, milling machines, saws, buffers and grinders to perform the manufacture, rework, modification and repair of aircraft and equipment, parts, assemblies and tools.
20 General CNC Machinist Engineering Operate all types of machine tools to include lathes, drills, milling machines, saws, buffers and grinders to perform the manufacture, rework, modification and repair of aircraft and equipment, parts, assemblies and tools.
21 Repair Engineer Engineering To provide engineering support for component repair for multiple aero engine lines.
22 Chemical Processor Operations The Chemical Processor is responsible for chemical cleaning and etching processes for sheet metal aircraft components.
23 Shot Peen Operator Engineering Sets up and operates shot-peening equipment according to specifications Interprets sketches, work orders, and other documentation to determine layout of specific areas to be shot-peened, sequence of operations, and finish specifications.
24 Paint Sprayer Engineering Perform all activities with related to paint spraying. The task demands a right and professional manner to maintain the Company’s high quality standards within a fast moving production environment. 
25 Plater Engineering The Plater sets up and controls plating equipment to coat metal objects electrolytically with chromium, copper, cadmium, or other metal to provide protective or decorative surfaces or to build up worn surfaces according to required specifications.
26 Laboratory Technician Engineering The Materials Lab Tech is responsible for duties associated with the Metallurgical Laboratory  Heat Treat control systems and Shot Peening Processes
27 Production Controller Engineering The Production Controller is responsible to the Production Control Supervisor to support him for prepare, load and follow-up on work load to achieve the maintenance schedule.
28 Machine Shop Inspector QC Responsible in monitoring/ checking that all maintenance and inspections are complied with according to the applicable approved technical data to ensure the highest quality control to safely protect and secure the product throughout the overhaul or repair processes.  Inspect & Measure dimensions of finished work pieces to ensure conformance to specifications/Blueprints using precision measuring instruments, templates, and fixtures.
29 X-Ray QC He will be reporting to the NDT supervisor and responsible for the performance of a non-destructive testing in accordance with proper methods and techniques.
30 Vacuum Furnace Operator Engineering He responsible for learning furnace operating processes in obtaining high quality results of brazing, hardness and mechanical properties of sheet metal aircraft components
31 Test Rig Operator Engineering The Test Rig Operator will be involved in testing fuel Nozzles and tubes and hoses using a Universal Fuel Nozzle rig and Hose and tube Hydrostatic pressure test rig.  
32 Technician Production Technician will performs all overhaul and repair work on the engine/module including: disassembly, inspecting, lubrication, reassembly, testing; use of special equipment, special tools, precision measuring equipment, computer; and prepare necessary paperwork and forms, and trains newly assigned personnel as required.

34 HR Supervisor HR The role of HR Supervisor was established for the purpose/s of acting as a lead person in the delivery of HR & Admin services with specific responsibility for providing information to other HR staff and employees regarding policies and regulations; addressing a variety of issues and/or providing general support, files and databases of personnel actions, evaluations, licensure, and tenure. 
35 QC Inspector QC Quality inspector is responsible for assuring that manufactured items are made and assembled correctly. They also make sure that the products meet government standards and safety regulations.
36 IT Support Specialist IT The IT Support Specialist is responsible for ensuring internal departments are provided with high quality systems technical support, perform troubleshooting and maintenance on a variety of technical support problems related to MEPC’s technology systems, and assists with network administration activities and system security.  
37 RB199/EJ200 Engineer Engineering To provide engineering support for EJ200 (Eurofighter Typhoon) and RB199 (Tornado) engines.
38 SMS  Safety & Security Manages and ensures compliance with international aviation regulations, aviation industry standard safety, SMS manual requirements and aviation safety best practices. Manages and implement SMS and other systems/functions that support safety. 
39 QA Analyst QA To implement and enhance Quality Management System (QMS) and maintain its requirements.
40 Performance Analyst QA To produce clear, accurate, and relevant performance analysis and information for management monitoring purposes. Work with all sections on developing specific projects around performance analysis and management as required.
41 Analyst, Treasury Finance The Treasury Analyst will support all aspects of Treasury Operations activities. This includes assisting with the development of cash management banking solutions for all business segments of the company and supporting the cash forecasting process.
42 Facility Engineer Facility Assist the Facility Engineer Supervisor in the day-to-day planning of facility related services and management of infrastructure and maintenance work, preparing related documents, and coordinating and directing MEPC maintenance or construction contractor personnel.
